Fabulous and fairly clean hotel, excellent views of the harbor. Exceptionally comfortable bed, bright room with tea and coffee making equipment, a sitting area, and a work desk. Best bathroom, great and approaching employees who excel in their customer service. Quick check-in and late check-out, parking not far from the venue. By the way, parking fee - usd 15 per day;)))

Great and fab location in the great area, just next door to shops ns restaurants city, harbour and ponsonby. A good choice of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and eateries just steps away from the front door. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The staff went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome.
The breakfast selection could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a greater variety of options.
